Common questions

Will the AI lie to my customers?

No. It is built to avoid that. Before any reply is sent, it checks prices against your product list, delivery fees and times against your settings, and "payment received" against what really happened. If a reply fails a check, it is fixed or held back, and the AI asks you instead. Your dashboard shows every reply it caught, so you can see for yourself.

Can I pay weekly instead of monthly?

Yes. You can pay for any plan weekly. A week costs a quarter of the monthly price, charged every 7 days (Solo is ₦12,475 a week). Each week you get a quarter of the plan's monthly limits, fresh every week. On Solo, that's 125 AI replies and 2 broadcasts a week. You can start weekly from day one, or switch when your month ends.

What if I run out before my plan renews?

You can top up from the Billing page in a minute. 100 extra AI replies cost ₦3,000, and you can also buy extra broadcasts and uploads. Pay by card, transfer or USSD. A top-up lasts until your plan renews. Top-ups are for the odd busy week: in each period you can add up to as much as your plan already gives you (on Solo, 500 more AI replies a month), plus one broadcast pack. If you often run out, a bigger plan is cheaper per reply, and the Billing page shows you the difference. Buyers can always place orders. If your AI replies run out, each buyer gets a short "we'll get back to you" message, and their chats wait for you in Conversations.

What if I change plan halfway through?

You only pay for what you use. Whatever is left of your current plan is taken off the price of the new one. Moving to a cheaper plan often costs nothing, because your unused days are added to the new plan.

What if it can't answer a buyer?

It tells you straight away and shows you a short summary of the chat. Tap once to reply yourself. To the buyer, it's still the same chat with your shop.

Does it understand Pidgin?

Yes. If a buyer writes in Pidgin, it replies in Pidgin. If they mix English and Pidgin, it does the same.

How do I add my products?

There are three ways: connect your Instagram and your products come in by themselves, upload a spreadsheet, or add them one by one. Most vendors start with Instagram.

What happens if my Instagram page gets banned?
