Delete Your Data
Last updated: 26 September 2026
You can have the personal data VendingPing (operated by SpanMerge Limited) holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains how, whichever way you came to us, and how to check on a request you have already made.
If you connected VendingPing through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp
Removing the app from your Meta account sends us a deletion request automatically:
- Open your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find VendingPing and choose Remove.
- Meta will show you a confirmation code and a link back to this page. Keep the code.
Opening that link shows the status of your request in the box at the top of this page. We remove any data linked to your account within 30 days and the status changes to Completed.
If you are a vendor with a VendingPing account
Write to privacy@vendingping.com from the email address on your account and ask for your account and its data to be deleted. We will confirm your identity, delete your account, your catalogue, your connected channels and the conversations your assistant handled, and reply when it is done. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, are retained for the period the law sets and no longer.
If you are a buyer who messaged a shop that uses VendingPing
Your messages are held on behalf of the shop you wrote to. You can ask that shop directly, or write to privacy@vendingping.com with the shop's name and the phone number or account you messaged from, and we will remove the conversation and any contact record built from it.
What deletion covers
- Your account details and login.
- Conversations, contact records and order records linked to you.
- Any access tokens VendingPing held for your connected channels.
Deletion is permanent. If you later reconnect, VendingPing starts again with nothing.
